Humpact’s mission is to measure the impact of listed companies on jobs in order to advise investors and asset managers in their investment decisions.
After a 20-year career in online banking and the start-up of innovative and disruptive Fintech businesses such as ING Direct, Orange Bank and BforBank, in 2019 André decided to use his experience for the benefit of a noble cause. Convinced that large companies and investors have the most effective levers for action, he made it his business to defend national jobs with the launch of Humpact.
Very early on, the man behind Beeleev and Réseau Entreprendre in Paris and Ile-de-France became involved in the job cause by supporting numerous entrepreneurs in starting their own businesses.
Convinced by the soundness of André’s idea, he joined the Humpact adventure at its early stage in 2020 and is instrumental in the company’s growth and development.
Combining her studies at ECITV (school of audiovisual communication, marketing and e-business) and professional experience at Humpact, Leïla joined the team to help the agency develop its communication with the idea of contributing to building the agency’s capabilities, reach and reputation.
