Inclusion & Care project manager

This award is an encouragement to pursue our commitment to professional equality! For over 15 years, our policies have encouraged a collective dynamic at all levels, from front-line management to the Board of Directors. We are determined to move forward together towards ambitious goals, by implementing concrete actions to change mentalities and support life events that can act as a brake on professional equality. We are working to promote women's careers and, more broadly, the value of gender diversity at Schneider Electric, through programs that have an impact right from the recruitment stage.

In each category (gender parity, youth, PSH), analysts compare social performance figures and human resources policies (public practices, HR policies, company objectives and KPIs) to distinguish the best players.

Selection

First, the analysts select the companies with the best scores in the 2023 category (data from 2020 to 2023) of the Humpact universe, whose ratings are based on over 150 qualitative and quantitative indicators.

Transparency

Only the companies that are most transparent about their social data and practices are selected. Employment data for France must be available.

Exclusion

Any company that is subject to a redundancy plan or a major employment controversy is excluded from the Humpact Emploi France Grand Prix.
