MANAGING DIRECTOR GOVERNANCE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, HERMES
Directeur général en charge de la gouvernance et du développement des organisations chez Hermès
We are honoured to receive, for the second consecutive year, the “Emploi France Grand Prix” awarded by Humpact. Hermès’ highly integrated artisanal model favours the creation of skilled jobs in the region and social inclusion. The company's workforce has doubled in 10 years and this trend has continued in recent years and during the health crisis, with the creation of 861 positions in 2020, maintaining the employment and basic salary of its employees throughout the world without recourse to government aid. These men and women constitute a real legacy for the company in the spirit of passing on exceptional know-how.
DIRECTOR, TALENT DEVELOPMENT, TF1 GROUP
Directrice du Développement des Talents du groupe TF1
Promoting a culture of gender diversity, developing women’s empowerment and, of course, accurately measuring and steering our gender diversity ambition: this award is a reward for five years of commitment, of which we are very proud! It strengthens our desire to make our group a place of expression for all talents. Gender diversity and inclusion is an opportunity for our teams, as it multiplies perspectives, enriches ideas and promotes paradigm shifts. It is together, with men and women on an equal footing, that we can imagine and develop the best content, and through it positively inspire society.
The TF1 Group has been very committed to inclusion issues for more than 15 years. Cécile Monthiers, Director of Talent Development at the TF1 Group, talks about its professional equality approach:
Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy chez ENGIE
Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy chez ENGIE
Work-linked training is the best way to achieve long-term employability, particularly in technical professions. At ENGIE, we are betting on young people to support the Group's transformation towards a more harmonious, fair and low-carbon world.
DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES, ID LOGISTICS
Directeur des Ressources Humaines chez ID Logistics
It is our responsibility to keep our employees in employment, in a context of a shortage of skills, and to work on the attractiveness of our professions. In the logistics sector, production jobs are still physically demanding. This is why we are working on ergonomics and workstation adjustments. We are also developing bridges that enable us to keep our employees, by transferring them to tutoring or administrative positions. This is essential in order to ensure a real knowledge and skills transfer, and thus address another aspect of our HR policy, i.e. the employment of young people. This is the whole point of the agreement we signed in June 2021.
DIRECTOR, SOCIAL RELATIONS FRANCE AT BIOMÉRIEUX
Directrice des relations sociales France chez Biomérieux
We are very proud of this recognition which encourages us to do even better! It is the result of our CSR commitment and the open-mindedness of our managers and their teams. Our disability correspondents work every day to promote the inclusion and training of disabled workers.
In a first step, the analysts select 10 companies with the best 2021 scores in the Humpact universe, whose rating is based on more than 100 quantitative and qualitative social criteria (data from 2017 to 2020).
In each category (gender equality, young people, seniors and disabled people), the analysts benchmark the social performance figures and the human resources policies (public practices, meetings with companies) in order to distinguish the best players.
Only the companies that are most transparent about their social data and practices are selected. Employment data for France must be available.
Any company that is subject to a redundancy plan or a major employment controversy, in particular because of the COVID-19, is excluded from the Humpact Emploi France Grand Prix.
