We are truly proud to receive this Humpact award for our commitment to gender equality in the workplace. This award illustrates our determination to achieve and maintain a high level of extra-financial performance. FDJ pays constant attention to gender equality in terms of remuneration, recruitment and career development. These major challenges are accompanied by a strengthening of the number of women in the company's management functions. Category

In each category (gender parity, youth, PSH), analysts compare social performance figures and human resources policies (public practices, HR policies, company objectives and KPIs) to distinguish the best players.

Selection

First, the analysts select the companies with the best scores in the 2023 category (data from 2019 to 2023) of the Humpact universe, whose ratings are based on over 150 qualitative and quantitative indicators.

Transparency

Only the companies that are most transparent about their social data and practices are selected. Employment data for France must be available.

Exclusion

Any company that is subject to a redundancy plan or a major employment controversy is excluded from the Humpact Emploi France Grand Prix.

« We are very proud to acknowledge French companies that participate in the enrichment of employment quality in France. Our ambition is to encourage investors to favour companies that implement ambitious policies, (re)creating national jobs, particularly for young people, seniors and people with disabilities.»
