Sharon MacBeath
Managing Director of Human Resources at Hermès
Our job creation drive covers the whole of France, with over 1,000 net new jobs created in France every year, and more than 2,200 within the Group each year. Our ambition is to grow the company and to expand along with it. The high level of employee seniority and particularly low staff turnover are the strongest evidence of our social policy and the intrinsic interest in our businesses.
Dominique Cavalié
Director of Employee Experience and Transformation, FDJ Group
We are truly proud to receive this Humpact award for our commitment to gender equality in the workplace. This award illustrates our determination to achieve and maintain a high level of extra-financial performance. FDJ pays constant attention to gender equality in terms of remuneration, recruitment and career development. These major challenges are accompanied by a strengthening of the number of women in the company's management functions. Gender equality is a social battle that has certainly made progress, but for which much work remains to be done.
Céline Marciniak
Director of Social Responsibility - Director of Human Resources at STEF
We are delighted to have received this award for our commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities in our company. This recognition, which honours and obliges us, was made possible thanks to the involvement of all Group employees, in particular management, human resources departments and disability advisors. All the Group's subsidiaries, including DYAD, our entity under Adapted Enterprise status, work on a daily basis to make our organization inclusive, while respecting all differences. We are well aware of the challenges facing us in the years ahead, and are working tirelessly to include, maintain, raise awareness and open up our company to everyone. Strong in our differences, enriched by our talents.
Karine Marchand
Altarea Human Resources Director
We are very proud and honored to receive this award, which recognizes Altarea's commitment to youth employment. This distinction becomes even more meaningful at a time when our sector is undergoing a profound transformation. Now more than ever, we need to identify and support the new skills required for the city of tomorrow.
